Questions from buyers
Do you supply complete rooms?
Yes. Furniture, rugs, lighting, textiles and accessories are developed together for each collection, so the room can be sold as it is displayed.
Where are the products manufactured?
All products are designed and manufactured in our own facility in İzmir, Türkiye. Production runs entirely on solar power.
Do you support store design?
Yes. We provide architectural support and prepare partner stores to the standard of our concept store. See Retail support.
Which documents can you provide?
Our certificates and documents are listed on the Compliance page. Documents are shared with partners on request.
How long are spare parts available?
Spare parts remain available for 10 years, including for products that are no longer in production.
Do you manufacture under private label?
Yes. We manufacture for retailers, wholesalers and furniture groups to their specification and brand, including multi-language assembly documentation and market-specific labelling and packaging.
Do you accept buyer audits?
Yes. Buyer audits are welcome. Our facility has also undergone an independent SMETA (Sedex) social compliance audit.
