This page lists the certificates and documents we hold. Current copies are sent to partners for supplier approval and customs files.

Certificates and documents

Each item below is a document with an issuing body, a number and a validity date.

ISO 14001:2015, environment: Environmental management system covering energy, waste and material use across the site.
ISO 45001:2018, health and safety: Occupational health and safety management system for everyone working on site.
ISO 10002, customer: Complaint handling and customer satisfaction management.
GMP, manufacturing: Good Manufacturing Practice, assessed across the production process.
CE, TS EN 716-1, product conformity: Certificate of compliance for children’s cots and folding cots for domestic use, to TS EN 716-1:2017+AC:2019.
TSE, national standard: Turkish Standards Institute conformity for products manufactured in Türkiye.
E1, emission class: Low-formaldehyde classification of the wood-based panel we use, documented per supplier.
EN 71-3, COOLOR coating: Migration of certain elements, the toy safety requirement, applied to the surface a child touches every day. Test reports available on request.
SMETA, Sedex, social compliance: Labour standards and health and safety were audited by an independent audit firm using Sedex’s SMETA methodology. The report and our social compliance policy are shared on request.
Supplier dossier: Board and hardware suppliers are documented with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CARB P2, TSCA Title VI, TS EN 312 and TS EN 14322 certificates.
Technical file: Certificates with issuing body and number, test reports, declarations of conformity and material data sheets, compiled per market and per programme.
