Healthy materials, safe design

A room is used for sleep, play and study over many years. We begin with the materials the furniture is made of and address safety at the design stage.

E1 certified board

Carcasses are made from 18 mm, high-density, first-quality particleboard certified E1 for low formaldehyde emission. Low emission supports good indoor air quality, and the robust construction is designed for years of daily use.

  • Coloured surfaces finished with solvent-free COOLOR powder coating
  • Smooth finishes that can be cleaned with a damp cloth

Safety by design

  • Rounded corners and oval lines that reduce the risk of impact injuries
  • Safety-locked gas lifts on storage beds
  • Tall units anchored to the wall at installation
  • Guard rail options for cribs and daybeds

Soft-close as standard

Soft-close hinges and runners are fitted as standard. Doors and drawers close slowly and quietly, which reduces the risk of trapped fingers.
